Prices do not include: Final cleaning, from 35€ to 60€ (depending on the type of apartment). Heating and AC upon request and on consumption.

Weekly prices include: gas, electricity, water, safe, TV, bed linens and towels with weekly change, access to the swimming pool with sun lounger and sun terrace with sunbeds and wellness area (hydromassage tub, aromatherapy showers), living-room with LCD TV, bicycles, minibus at scheduled times, private parking, gym, billiard room,  internet Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the coffe house;

The apartments must be returned as you found them.

Services upon request (with fee) at the time of booking: garage, child’s cot € 15.00/week (maximum number of people may not be exceeded), small pets € 30.00/week (only in some apartments), heating and AC based on consumption (not all apartments have air conditioning);

On request (with fee) : complete bathroom linen € 5.00 per person per change; daily or , laundry and ironing, washing machine, baby sitter;

All apartments have Wi-Fi Internet Connection (with fee)

Comfort Service: Beds made on arrival, mid-week cleaning of the apartment  (eat-in kitchen/ kitchenette not included), change of linen, final cleaning.  From € 80.00 to € 150.00 (depending on the type of apartment and number of persons)

Private beach privileges upon request with fee (booking is required): 1 sunshade, 1 sunbed, 1 sun lounger and use of the beach dressing room reserved for “Dei Fiori” Guests.

Free upon request (depending on availability): high chair, baby bath, baby-changing table, baby-bottle warmer, microwave oven and toaster.

7% discount on bookings of min. 2 weeks confirmed before January 31.

5% discount on bookings before March 31.

Arrival: Saturdays and Wednesday from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Departure: Saturday and Wednesdy by 9.00 a.m.

Arrivals on other days upon request (depending on availability).

Our offers and discounts cannot be accumulated.

Payment: 30% (circa) upon confirmation (bank transfer or postal order) and settlement 2 weeks prior to arrival (bank transfer or postal order) or in cash upon arrival. We don’t accept credit cards.

Penalties in case of cancellation : up to 45 days before arrival will be  refounded 80% of the deposit paid, after this deadline will not be refunds made. Early departures or late arrivals compared to the pre-living is not eligible for reimbursement.

Children and infants are included in the maximum number of person allowed.
